| i couldnt believe what i had seen outside of my window!! i ran and grabbed my camera, and got this amazing shot of a muskrat!! simply unbelieveable!! i especially love how the tail movement enhances the action of the shot! |

Hello and welcome to TN !
I have some squirrels around my house and I know how hard it is to capture them (I have hundreds of missed pictures)... As you say, you have managed to get a nice action picture.
But the picture is very blurry - probably the best you could do given the circumstances, but a pity that we cannot see the aimal better... And the picture is also a bit dark and noisy on the dark areas.
I understand it was not easy, and I hope that we will see many more pictures from you - maybe you will be able to make a better capture of this one, later ?

This appears to be a (Tamiasciurus hudsonicus) Red Squirrel .The Muskrat (Ondatra zibethicus ) has a long scaly tail,that is not covered in fur.
As you say,you have managed amazing action as this squirrel slashes through the bird seed with it's sharp teeth.
