"TOOTH ACHE ".

BEST SEEN FULLY ENLARGED.

From my visits to the Calgary Zoo and my agressive attention to the Lion's Pen I've discovered that this species "YAWNS" every 15 to 21 minutes or so. I've tried my best to get "EL REY" in action. Have seen him with his jaws WIDE open. Have never had the luck to 'click' at the right moment. He is also extremely lazy. Why???? Read on to find out.

This female you are seeing has a tiny 'smear' over its left eye; there are five females to accompany "EL REY". Have registered them all and I know them all by their distinguishing marks on their bodies.

Now please have a good look at loot's "The Domination Factor". This is an old experienced male. This one, I believe, loot called: "SCAR FACE".

My 'smeared' female must have been on heat; she kept approaching "EL REY" and at times putting her ........ you know what .... almost into his face ..... NO GO!!! Yes, NO GO. We, I and the public at large, plus SEVERAL photographers, anxiouly waitng on HIS MAJESTY..... and NO DEAL.!!!

Was my "EL REY" far too young??? Inexperienced??? I think my "EL REY" is truely LAZY. Or was he, that, had the "TOOTH ACHE"?????

To enjoy a real excellent view of my 'smeared' lioness please click on the right bottom corner of the female on heat.

Nurse...will you give me the number 4 drill please....those are the terrible words you never want to hear your dentist say...It means even though you are "numb" you will feel the number 4. Oh they might say not..but it is large and slow...means a BAD tooth Have a Happy New Year! And remember to floss!

Hi Mario

Thanks for your good wishes for 2008, for this lovely image, and for your hilarious notes. "El Rey" should have been called "No Go" (chuckle). After all, what would you have done if you had to take care of 5 ladies?

With appreciation for all the other wonderful postings you shared with us throughout the year and may there still be loads and loads of the same for the coming year.

As the New Year dawns…
may it open up more opportunities for you,
lead you unto the path of continued success,
happiness & good health.

Enjoy God's creation and live life to the full MF.

A wonderful 2008 for YOU and your loved ones.

Best regards
Loot
