Wow...That lake is one moody place...I remember so well as a kid growing up, sitting on a rowboat 2-3 miles out with my father...for hours and hours...not talking only fishing...not talking was a rule...and cleaning fish seemed to always go to my mother...but dad would talk so much about this cloud and that one..and the colours of such and such..a remarkable place to visit if one knows the right places....or perhaps has the correct memories as I do..

Hi Donna,

The sky is spectacular the way the clouds are shape with the sun trying to get through them. The point of view is giving depth to the photo and showing us the storm is coming with the gray clouds in the background. Well done, thanks for sharing.

Hi Donna, this is a moody looking sky - quite a stormy time you've had up there. Well composed image with the moon or sunshine leaving a solvery glow on teh water.

Incredible looking cloud formations Donna! I like the ones way off in the distance for the depth effect.Looks cold, but nice for a photographic day.
