Wonderful shot! The colours and the posture of the owl make the picture beautiful. but I think cropping a little so that the owl occupies a little more of the picture will make it even more beautiful.

I think you and a couple of others are really having a lot of fun with this particular own and it works so well...almost as if it were summer and these were the dragonflies of the season!:-) All is well in owl land!

My, what a wonderful capture. Your exposure is fantistic, all that white is easy to "blow out", How did you set up a tripod fast enough to get this shot? Love shot, and well taken.
