“Touchdown” is the name of this photo taken today in scenic Bowring Park. The object of this shoot was to capture birds in motion and this male mallard duck landing was a perfect opportunity.
Shooting at 6.5 frames per second, and a fast shutter speed, this capture was possible. The angles of the wings play a very important part in the landing.
His colors are magnificent!
