Hi Jean-Paul,

Very interesting composition here. I like the pose of the bird. I think the pattern in the background makes a little disctraction though. But at the same time it has good depth.

Bonsoir Jean-Paul, comme c'est un bel oiseau et quelle expression tu as capturée. Magnifique. Les couleurs sont brillantes et naturelles et, de plus, l'arrière plan valorise bien l'oiseau sur son perchoir. Merci!

Hi JeanPaul

Another fine capture of a little Pine Grosbeak from your lens. You made good use of the snowy conditions as it gave you excellent reflective light to work with so that the shady areas were actually filled in with soft light. Great colours and DOF to isolate the busy BG of the woods scenery and thus rendering it OOF.
