[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Identification Commom Redpoll a striped sparrow, of color gray-brown, with the black chin and the red face. The male is distinguished from the female by its chest dew. Like the Bunting of snows,Commom Redpoll is a bird of the Far North which visits us during the winter. In December, it goes down to the south until the medium from the United States and it goes up in March and April to go to nest in north. As it is held in group of 25-30, one sees it invading the mangers by devouring the remainders and sometimes the droppings of the other birds. Then, the diseases can affect it. Thus the last winter its corridor of migration in the north of Montreal became the corridor of death since one identified hundreds even miliers who succumbed to the salmonellose present in the mangers. One thus advises to clean his mangers at every week.

Bonjour Joseph,
this little bird looks adorable with it's little red patch on top of the head.
Very nice composition, I love the light BG that shows this cutie off very well.
Great sharp detail and minimal distraction to keep the focus completely on the bird.

No doubt good instruments creats great shots, Focal Length 190/1 mm nice shot.
