Happy Easter Everywhere! I would give you a rabbit but since I have no rabbit photos, how about a Snowshoe Hare instead.I have seen many of these animals over the years and as luck has it,I have only had my camera with me for this one.I dug this little critter up from my archives for today. This is the same animal that was the "running hare" of my earliest uploads to TN.Cropped, slightly sharpened and resized with Paint.Net.Have a safe and happy Easter Sunday. Bob

I suppose we could call it a "bunny" and avoid "hare/rabbit". He looks like a nice soft Easter Bunny to me. I didn't realize that snowshoes stayed white in the undersides during the summer. Thanks for sharing holiday wishes. I hope you and your family have a happy time. It was beautiful yesterday so decided to take a photojourney today...ha ha ha... this is Oregon. It's pouring rain.

Evelynn : )

Nice bunny! I like looking at him from the side and he seems as if he's paused in action, unsure what to make of you. I keep forgetting how large these creatures are!

Hi Bob,
I think this a fine Easter Bunny, not a hare ;-)
Lovely colours and well composed.
It seems a bit soft but it's still nice.
Well done.

happy Easter Sunday to you too

lovely close shot of this Snowshoe Hare in his alert position,
excellent low POV, excellent DOF, for the framing i love that
you kept a good space in front of the subject,

Hi Bob,
Very good the way you managed to do the framing and compose the image.
I like the eye's contact and candid expression got on the s. hare.
Congratulations and thanks for share.
Happy easter to you too and best regards,
JM

Hello Bob

A very cute shot of this bunny for Easter.
The focus and details are sharp.
Very well lit with excellent natural colours.

Hello My Friend,
You have to love big foot, They can run like the wind on snow with those feet.
Thanks for sharing this fantastic image with us Bob.
Rick

Hi Bob,
They have those amazing legs and foot! I love those animals that I have never seen in real. This is good low POV with nice exposure and composition; an appropriated post for this time of year :) Thanks,
Claudine
