deux superbes photographies du Grand Pic à l'ouvrage,
j'aimes celle-ci où l'on voit les détails jusqu'à dans les trous
(surtout dans l'original que tu m'a envoyé),
j'aimes aussi to close-up, dans les deux cas les détails
et la netteté du plumages sont superbes, TFS

Hi Roger, I think I like this one even better than the last one. You can see the work he's doing on the tree here. Looks like he's been busy. Again you have very good focus on the bird with excellent exposure giving us great colour and detail. Your depth of field is good giving us a muted look at his background. Nicely done, and I liked the workshop too.

Today we both have posted birds belonging to the same family. Excellent shot of the Black Woodpecker. The POV, DOF, sharpness, details and lighting are very good. Liked the portrait shot too.

It is really stunning picture. Subject is amazing and quality of the shot is terrific. Great direct POV and superb framing. I like excellent at high range details and sharpness of the bird and trunk. Nicely blurred BG is underlines the sharp main subject perfectly. Bravo. Perfect job.
