Hi Roger,
the colour in this shot is wonderful and the details are good.The background doesn't distract and gives good contrast for this little fellow.He does look just a little flat and so I tried a workshop on this Redpoll and I hope you like my take on this photo. Thanks for this view. Bob

What a beautiful and artistic presentation!
I like a lot the pose got, the subtle colours of the image and specially the smooth background.
The subtle touch of red adds the perfect accent to the image.

très belle photo de ce petit oiseau que moi je n'arrive pas encore
à photographier, l'oiseau s'envol à mon approche

tu as fait une très belle image avec un excellent POV et cadrage,
excellent DOF, belle luminosité et et détails du plumage
et joli catch-light à l'oeil, TFS

p.s. aujourd'hui au Boisé j'ai vu 3 chevreuils mais
que à mon approche ils ont pris la fuite, je connais leurs
place et un jour j'y retournerais...
