“Topsail Beach Gull” is the name of this photo taken yesterday at striking Topsail Beach. Bell Island is in the background. The camera was in action mode trying to capture the fast moving gulls. In my opinion this was a partial success, as the bird is not completely in focus. Practice makes perfect.

Jim - i suppose the "book" would say the gull needed more room in front of it - but i love it! a little soft focused, but i like the background and it's relationship with the bird - thanks for sharing....mark
