Hello Lise,
Excellent colors. Not an easy subject to photograph as it is very difficult to get the accurate DOF.
The focus on the head is a very good choice.

This is an excellent capture.
The diagonal composition is very pleasing to the eye and the snail itself is perfectly exposed with very good, sharp details of both its body and its shell. Good, natural colours.

Cool shot. I've never photographed snails before but I think I might give it a try this summer. You've done a great job here. I like the greens in your picture along with this little innocent-looking snail. Very nicely done. TFS.
