[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a Skunk Cabbage known for its distinct aroma. Everyone that I know hates the smell but I happen to like it. It is beautiful in early spring when they shine in the undergrowth like little beacons. This was taken in Goldstream Park on Vancouver Island.
This shot was taken with a Sony Steady shot 5.1

Hi Doreen
YOu have a good spread in your gallery...and this one is wonderful...so cheerfil...this reminds me iof the anthuriums that we have here....qiote similar in their structure...they must be a real "pick-me-up" site on a walk, isnt it? Nice colours creating avery cheerful mood.I guess the sun was a bit harsh that you got bit of OE on the top, but then that does not reduce the beuaty of this capture.
Thanks for sharing..:)
Cheers
