This is a fine capture
You have frozen the action perfectly with water leaping and near waves coming out from this very clean Red winged Blackbird.
I always leave my camera set to standard and then PP if needed in photoshop...Its a far better tool than the cameras limited ability to sharpen picture onboard.

Hi Asbed,

A very unusual shot of this blackbird "taking a bath." You did an excellent job of freezing the bird in what seems to be very rough water. Nice colors and details - I love the touch of red. We are all different - the less I have to sharpen a picture the happier I am!

Hello Asbed, nice capture of this Red-winged Blackbird taking his bath. Colour is good and you have good sharp detail on the bird and splashing water. I think your choice to leave the sharpening as soft on your camera, and you deciding on what is a appropriate after, is the proper choice. It turned out well.

Bonjour Asbed, je n'avais pas vu celle-ci, quelle vie! Vraiment, tes photos sont de plus en plus réussies, chapeau! J'adore la vivacité du mouvement de l'eau et de l'oiseau qu'on ne voit plus tant il bouge. La couleur est superbe et malgré le contrejour, comme tu dis, tout est parfait. Merci!
