[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi folk's , for a change today I thought I would go with a flower instead of an insect. it has been raining near endlessly here so my insect photo's are getting a bit scarce... hopefully the sun will shine tomorrow :-)

EDIT; well looks like my original ID was in error , a friendly lady that I bump into often at the park/woods has given me the name buffalo bean , also known as Golden Bean,, Wet Tooth, and Buffalo Flower, scientific name Thermopsis rhombifolia.

when I go for a morning walk and find the local woods covered in dew , it is one of my favorite times , there is little for insects so my attention is less on photography and more on just seeing and enjoying nature , the smell of the air is always so fresh and sweet from the humidity exhaled by the trees shrubs grasses , and flowers , and the plants look as though they have adorned themselves with watery jewels. of coarse my camera at hand I try to capture some of these things but mostly when I later view the photos they fall short of the reality , I guess that some things can not simply be boxed , framed or captured , they are gifts to be experienced.

thanks for stopping in
regards
Art

Hi Art,
It is hard to disagree with what you said about early mornings. The stillness and tranquility of the first hours are the best time of the day.

Sharp and nicely captured droplets. TFS

A great shot, bro!
Very well seen!

Hi Art
Nice work on this image. I love the raindrops and the burst of yellow on this flower.
Cheers

Hi Art.
I like your very interesting close-up work using superb macro lens. Subject is so artistic and you managed to reflects its beauty through tiny details. I am impressed with applied aperture value. I use such values sometimes (but is such cases I use ISO 400). However you could try ISO 200 and f-number f/18. I am sure the sharpness of your optic system (lens and TC) would be a bit better. I say about performance of a macro lens at various aperture only/ Details and sharpness of the image are great. My best regards and TFS.
Alexei.
