Aha! You are saving a few of these. I am the same. Then I/you come onto a good situation, something similar to Tom Peak with his Eagle and Blackbird on a log...you just keep on taking and watching at the same time. Very nicely done as usual. I like how you managed to freeze the mallard's head while everything else is nicely blurred. Your picture shows the 'bath' action very well. You've captured the water really nicely, the colors are spot on and the image is nicely composed. TFS

Wow, Asbed, ta photo est fascinante, je l'ai regardée longtemps avant d'écrire. Tout ce mouvement de l'eau autour du canard, les couleurs brillantes et très vives, la tête de l'oiseau très nette, tant de détails et de mouvement. C'est vraiment beau, le temps s'est arrêté à ce moment-là et merci à toi de partager!

Hi Asbed.
Wait I think you have a new camera now. I don't remember seeing this on before in your profile.
The action is nice, and the droplets are stopped well. You might have a bit of underexposure, as the face on the duck is a bit shadowed.
When I used my coolpix, I would set it for landscape even on these shots.

What a thorough bath he is having...I like the way the beautiful bird is captured splashing around.

The water dropslets looks wonderful cpatured by your lens.The eye contact with the bird too is a good add on to the composition.The velvety green on the head of the mallard compliments the cool blue colour of the water.
