| Water, Land and Sky.. All in full view on the shores of Prince Edward Island. On a sunny day everything shows off brilliantly. The water is clear and warm, the sky blue as can be and the soil a reddish hue that characterizes the island. And as you can see, even in August you can still find yourself totally alone on its beaches. |

Giving the picture a ratio of 1:1 vertically but 1:2 horizontally seems to be a very wise choice of composition here! It looks just wonderful, TFS!

That really is a looooong deserted beach, and a very shallow one. Those breakers roll in over a long distance. This shot gives one a good feel for this area.
