Hi Folks , today I found this White Admiral Butterfly resting in low foliage , with the slightly cool damp morning it seemed to be a little less energetic than usual , allowing me a few nice shots before it flew away on me :-)
this Black butterfly can be fairly difficult to photograph and get much for detail on , but a lucky backlit situation flattered its colors nicely. I used a +1/3 exposure compensation which over exposed the white of the wings , I think a good compromise for the extra color in the darker areas...

Excellent photo in very beautiful clear colours. Good sharp detailed butterfly. Great isolation from the BG and DOF. Fine POV and composition.
