[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Folks , this is a HDR landscape taken with my point and shoot camera , I thought it would be neat to try out the "wide" picture size and shoot a portrait oriented shot with this great sky... it is made of two exposures chosen manually , I just aimed for getting the best of high's and lows...

This is a lovely landscape with great sky picture.

Hi Art,
Normally I am not a huge fan of HDR (I was one before) because most of time is doesn't look realistic. But, yours has a wonderful feel to it. I like the soft focus look of the landscape and love the contrast in the sky. It really has an art feel to it. The simplicity of the composition with the right amount of land is perfect.

I agree with Niek that your image looks more realistic than a lot of HDR images. Did you blend the exposures manually or with a computer application?
I prefer to do it manually. It is a nice, soft, gentle image.
