I took this photo of a female Mallard Duck (Anas platyrhynchos) at 9:31 am EDT.
Camera settings at picture taking:
- RAW format
- exposure comp.: -0.1
- white balance: shade
- ISO 400
- focal length: 300 mm
- no tripod (camera on wood guardrail)
Processing:
- cropping on upper part
- resized and saved as JPEG for Web
(I still have trouble finding the right processing workflow when I start from RAW format.) |

you can set the meter to - 2/3 ev. when you use raw.

Bravo Serge. Belle femelle Colvert. Si je peux me permettre une remarque, votre image est petite. Lorsque vous enregitrez pour le web, atteingnez le 800 pixels de largeur et le 200 ko autorisés. Ce serait encore plus "régalant" pour nos yeux. À la joie du partage!
