hello firends, after a long absence here
i am with a photo from my archives only

this photo is my 3th and last one of a series
of 3 photos of this same robin, the 2 other
photos where already posted, one in
april 2008 and the other one last august

from All About Birds website :

http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/american_robin/id

« The quintessential early bird, American Robins
are common sights on lawns across North America,
where you often see them tugging earthworms out of
the ground. Robins are popular birds for their warm
orange breast, cheery song, and early appearance at
the end of winter. Though they’re familiar town
and city birds, American Robins are at home in
wilder areas, too, including mountain forests
and Alaskan wilderness. »

Merci

Asbed

Ciao Asbed, beautiful Robin with fantastic colors, lovely composition with splendid sharpness, I like alot, Bravo, ciao Silvio

You have given some "class" to the American robin, when posed usually looks drab. The bright colours included really give the poor bird some pride here. Very nice archival Asbed. Good to see you!
Bob

Bonjour Asbed,

Les branches cadrent bien l'oiseau. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs du merle d'amérique qui cherche de la nourriture. L'image est claire et nette. La bonne luminosité rehausse les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.
