Amazing detail in the feathers. Good composition with the blurred diagonal branch in the BG helping the composition along. Like the colour contrast to the red branch. Lovely pose with the head tilted sligtly upwards and the body and beak froming sweeping lines accentuated by the branche-lines. The head is a bit dark at the cheek so the eye is a bit diverted to the very detailed brighter plant buds on the left. Other than that it is perfect. Well done!

Hello Helene, great shot! The composition is very good and you did very well on the focus to give good details. Perhaps a little more contrast would give a little more impact but that's the only minor nit I have on this photo, very well done.

Il est tout à fait mignon ce petit oiseau-mouche quelle splendide pose, j'aime la très haute définition de cette photographie et les couleurs bien contrastées. l'arrière-plan flou met en valeur l'oiseau.

Magnifique photographie. Un fond encore plus flou aurait été préférable...mais il n'est jamais facile d'avoir la pose, la composition et la technique parfaite... car de toute façon nous sommes tous à la recherche de LA photo parfaite... (malheureusement elle n'existe pas)
