This is magnificent! Top marks!! That must be a bald eagle. Interesting how the bird moves this excellent image into the superior category.

Another magical mystical spot. And the moon just setting amidst those magnificent colors. Just breathtaking. The eagle brings back such wonderful memories. I remember seeing all the eagles on Galiano in the Gulf Islands where I vacationed this summer. Thanks again for these beautiful scenes, Shelley. : )

Very nice image Shelley!

Almost like a painting, but I can see it's a photograph. We can fell a lot of depht in it with its separate plane (FG, Middle plane and BG). Color gardation is fantastic.

brava shelley, beautifull moonset, little noisy, I think you have lost in quality resizing, why shrink down to 36K ? If you want you can change size and levels and repost this superb moonset

Wonderful composition and beautiful colours. Are the colours true to life or did you use a filter or some adjustment?
There's a little noise which could be removed but it's still excellent.

Hi Shelley
Mysterious, mystical, enigmatic, and almost profound comes to mind. A brilliant mood and moment you've captured. Lovely colours that comes in layers, nicely framed by the tree on the left, and of course the eagle does its bit to add to the atmosphere.
