Coralroot (Corallorhiza maculata ssp maculata)
This member of the orchid family is a saprophyte, meaning they derive their nutrients from decaying organic matter, while most plants make their own food. Saprophytes have no chlorophyll and therefor no green color.

Very nice and really interesting orchid. Also in my country one member of the genus (Corallorhiza trifida) grows, but it is more unpretentious (colors and size of flowers). TFS
