| This is a view from the Chateau Frontenac, Québec City! We was enjoying the last moments of a nice sunset when I saw this bird and got close to take a picture with the nice view behind it. But there was something wrong!!! The bird hasn´t his right foot! It´s leg was amazingly vibrating! Poor bird! Anyone knows what could be happened? |

Must be a common thing with seagulls. Look here.

Hello Jose,
This is an interesting picture. I really like the background which is covered in light. DOF & POV are very good and details are fine. TFS!
Regards,
Pieter

Hi Jose, I imagine this could happen often, especially if caught in traps, or around fishing lines too. Your bird is nice and sharp against the coloured BG. Well shown, thank you
Janice
Enough of the bird, I want more of the background! The clouds and the lighting of the city behind the seagull look amazing!!! But as for the shot, I think it's good. The focus of the bird is great. I think if you would've lowered your angle a bit, you could have cropped out some of the flat looking gray sea that fills the bottom half of the picture. I think the orange/yellow clouds give a much better background to the bird.
Bonjour Jose
superbe prise de vue avec cet oiseau qui lui manque une pate. Belle harmonie de teintes .
Au revoir et merci....JP
Poor gull !! But it can survive, no problem.
Good shot with a great light on the BG.
