Hi Mario,
This little guy looks like he has not quite finihed getting dressed. Is he a youngster? Most American goldfinch I see have a smooth yellow body, not mottled like this. A very sharp capture in an excellent POV. Great light and colors. TFS. : )

I think these birds pick the best backgrounds for you :-) A nice POV to get the background so defocused, lovely detail and excellent subtle colours, a very pleasing image to look at.
