Hi Luc
I am sure it will not take too long before you come up with an even better, even more impressive photo of yet another beautiful scene or animal and you might then (same as now) feel you have reached the end of your little camera. Then not too long and you will again surprise us all, and so on.
This dainty little bird is just lovely and to capture it at 72mm focal length you did push your little camera to extremes. So this was a challenge, but there is always a next challenge waiting to be conquered.
The lighting/exposure control was great and the colours are stunning. The yellow bird is well enhanced by the green BG and the details are nice and sharp.
Very well done and TFS.

Ar yes, this is a very difficult shot with teh S2. I have tried here with similar sized birds, but no luck. Everything has to be just right to get these shots.

Tu pointes maintenant ta caméra vers le haut plutôt que vers le bas. Cela n'elève rien au résultat, c'est-à-dire de superbes photos. J'aime bien le contraste des couleurs qui met l'oiseau bien en évidence. La composition est plaisante et bien équilibrée.

Bonjour Luc,
C'est une excellente capture de cette jolie paruline. Elles ne sont vraiment pas facile à photographier tellement elles bougent tout le temps. J'en vois que très rarement dans les environs mais à chaque fois, c'est l'émerveillement. Vous avez sû capter celle-ci avec d'excellents détails, une bonne prise de vue et ce, dans un excellente composition. Merci!
