A few thunderstorms accompanied our recent trip to an alpine lake in Manning Park. To the south pictured here, Lone Goat Mtn comes into view, with the Hozomeen Range on the Canada/US border behind and to the left of Lone Goat.

Bonjour Tim
Belle photographie avec ce paysage de montagne avec son beau pic et es beaux nuages de tempêtre. La composition est jolie .

Very good image, Tim. The atmosphere of an approaching thunderstorm is well captured here, giving the image almost a black and white outlook.
The shapely mountain in the mid-distance surrounded by swirling low clouds, looks very impressive.

You sure do get out and take advantage of all the magnificent scenery in your area. This is another wonderful shot. The clouds are great. I tried a quick workshop to see if a touch of sharpness on the mountain would add to the perspective...that is differentiate it a little from the mountain behind it. I think I was moderately sucessful.
