[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture I took when we were leaving from Valemount and were heading for Jasper.
We drove by this beautiful lake, called Moose Lake, and we just had to stop and enjoy the amazing view for a while. And ofcourse take a whole lot of pictures, and this is one of them. It was a beautiful sunny day, so I also had a clear view of the mountains. I hope you like it, I know that I did when I was there!

dus ook een warm welkom!
Inderdaad een mooi landscap, met inbegrip van een goede voorgrond en diepte naar de achterste bergen toe. Canada moet wel een prachtig land zijn. Ik verheug mij erop nog meer van je foto's te zien.

Hi Nel, this is a marvelous photograph! It's clear to me that you were very keen on capturing all this canadian beauty, and to take it home. Just to be able to sit down many miles away from that place and still be there just by looking at it. I know that feeling (and probably a lot of fellow Trekmembers too). I see the road on the left and where it's going to and it makes me want to get on that road because of the promise of magnificent sights and adventures on the horizon! It's a great composition all together. Very nice detail: the tiny weeds in the lefthand corner with the bright yellow flowers. It's like parsley on a great casserole. Splendid!

Prachtige foto met een heerlijk vergezicht. De berg ruggen en de weg lijden mij direct naar het einde van de dal naar de besneeuwde toppen. Dit geeft de foto perfecte diepte. Kleuren en belichting zijn perfect.

Very nice lake indeed, I took a picture of my daughter in 1990 from just about the same place. The Canadian Rocjies are beautifull.
