Hello Niek
Cameron Lake is such a pretty mountain lake. The colours here say "Summer" especially the bright green grass and shrubs. Nice composition with the dock, boats and mountain in the background. The small waves hitting the shore is also a nice effect.

Heel mooi landschap, ik vindt het ook goed dat de aanlegsteiger en de bootjes er op zijn.
Ze geven, vreemd genoeg, het geheel nog iets onwerkelijkers, en zijn goed voor de compositie.

that composition really caught my eye even in the thumbnail, it is stunning. What a beautiful location, and such good weather as well...

you're right about the sharpness and snow being a touch too bright/not sharp enough, but it happens sometimes and for me does not detract too much from the picture.

your shots make me curious to visit Canada sometime. It must be wonderful, your shots are showing so pretty landscapes, I like it.
Normaly I'm more interested in Asian countries - but perhaps in some years ....

Barring the strong colour of the snow( a very minor
