This is a superb frog picture! Very well done!
The low POV is simply great...gives a better perspective of the frogs view and life:)
The composition is beautiful, the exposure is managed very well and the colors are lovely. Very nice sharp details and an excellent DOF complete this great post.

Hi Jerome,

very nice picture of this frog. I just happen to like pictures of herpetofauna. But I also have a question: did you pick up the frog and put it on the piece of wood? The frog has a alerted shape which frogs often have when lifted up. In that case I have a advise (it's up to you whther to decide is is wise): wait some more moments till the frog think it is safe again (they have a really short term memory). In many cases the frog will first sit up straight (take the picture at this moment) and then jump away.
Anyway the picture is nice.
