Hi Mike
Now I can see what a 300mm zoom can do, I'm impressed. I think that a zoom lens will be my next purchase so I can do some wildlife shots. I like the detail on your harvest moon (as we call it on the prairies) and the black sky.

This is a great shot of the moon. Reliefs on moon surface are clearly visible. Excellent sharpness. Superb tele-photo.

Nice shot of the moon. Taking photos of the moon isnt easy but you did a great job. Perfect crop. The red glow is very nice. Thanks for the note about "Hawaiian full moon", i didnt know that.

Hi Mike, Iv taken many a shot of the moon and for a 300mm crop that a great result. Your placement in the frame strengthens your composition, love the colour tone which also adds. Well done.
