[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Driving home from the Okanagan area in BC, I had just passed through a bit of a storm cell just as the sun was about to set. Seeing a great potential photo opportunity, I pulled over at a wide spot and waited for some great shots.
This rainbow had formed, plus there were some pretty cool lighted clouds passing by.
A bit of highlighting and cropping plus an increase in contrast and saturation made it all pop a bit more.

Very moody photograph in deed, you have captured the timing perfectly, with the sunlight breaking through and illuminating the foreground clouds and trees.

WOW! Now this is truely spectacular! All the colors and tone are outstanding and that touch of rainbow there just makes all the difference!
Excellent capture! I lie it all, from the POV to the alternative shadows on those tree-tops, the reainclous in that warm sunlight...everything!
A really unique capture!

Well spotted, and a nice view it is!
Youve captured a dramatic image with the contrast between rain and sun. The rainbow was a nice bonus too!

the colours and detail from the storm are great, it gives such a strange light and you have caught and shown it really well and posistioned the rainbow very nciely.
