I great catch! I never see owls here although I know we have them. They are just rarely seen. I did a little workshop to remove the bits of color on the left and brightened & sharpened the owl a bit. Hope you like the result.

Nice shot but the owl is too dark. Try to use spot metering for the exposition. j_wyatt did a great job to erase the 2 dark part on the left side.
