Chipmunk perfection.This is beautiful.The DOF is amazing,excellent POV.The details are razor sharp and the lighting is soft and natural.I like the pose you have captured,it really shows off the markings and tail.The natural setting helps make the wonderful composition.Well done.TFS

Nicely done Claudine. Good color and nice details. I like the location, good camera angle. Good bokeh in the eye. Minor nit would be the missing front feet, but the chipmunk chose the location. You just have to bribe him/her a bit to move for you!

How I like your delicate brown colour tones. They are very pleasant to eye and decorate the picture very well. This chipmunk looks quite similar to a squirrel?? But I note the difference and the fact that they live in the ground and not the trees like a squirrel.

Lovely picture of this chipmunk - its very clear, and the setting is very natural. As you once mentioned, we seem to take many pictures of the same birds and animals, and this one is one of the best of this species I've seen!
