wow..theres a new one..I didn't know that about the water effecting their feathers..guess its only logial...(sorta like when we were kids putting food coloring into a glass and sticking a celerly stick in it...:o)

Nice portrait of this cygnet.
Despite you fired the flash, as it can be seen in the reflections of the droplets, it seems it was not enough.
There is no much details visible in the beac-eye zone.
I like a lot the frame and presentation.

Thank you very much for presenting us this so nice Trumpeter cygnet... Is it snow that we see in bg or water? Very nice natural color and excellent composition. The only thing is that the extremity of the beak is not completly in focus.
