[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I finally got a bit of a chance to play around with my new Zuiko lens for my E-500. No landscapes yet, but I didi manage to get a few macroesque shots of some moss and lichens. The minimum focus distance on this lens is 8", so I can actually zoom in pretty good on smaller subjects.
This was a scene taken from a recently fallen tree from one of our latest windstorms. All the trees in this area are covered with moss, and in many places, ferns as well.

A pleasant change from your landscapes and snow shots. It is good to see you do other kinds of photography as well. It looks like a good lens with excellent sharpness and focus. Clarity and colors are perfect.
