Hi Rick,
Awww, it's so cute! The cub's facial expression is sweet and it's fur looks so soft! I really like the way you have composed this photo with the tree trunks giving good depth and the bear cub well positioned to the right. I like how the green leaves in the bottom right-hand corner give colour contrast. The photo could be slightly sharper, but otherwise well captured!

Well Rick, we have Grey Squirrels that are black, Black Bears that are brown... Thank goodness that the Blue Jays are blue and the Gray Jays grey...

Black Bears are Ursus Americanus, would this cub be U. a. cinnamomum???

OK, this time I'll spare you my usual speech but again, I think that you are very lucky. This little guy is just too cute. I like its pose and the way he's looking in your direction you with this curiosity that is typical to the young ones. This is a superb POV and composition. Congratulations for this great catch!
