[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As promised yesterday this posting is the cubs Mom. She in my opinion is the prettiest Black Bear I have seen. This point of view also lets you know why were shooting the cubs in the trees at eye level, we were on a hill. This mom was so busy trying to find bugs in dead fall logs and keeping track of her family. I was honored she allowed us to view them for so long. Tomorrow I will posting a family picture.

It's great to experience that...
I don't know about you but often I have the feeling to just put your camera away and enjoy the 'movie' regarding to mom/cubs behavior in the world of animals.

A great POV on this shot.The bear looks very alert and you obviously are close.Excellent detail right down to the little purple flowers.Captured in a natural setting.Very well done.TFS

WOW a Golden Black Bear!

I have only seen these from quite a distance, never this close! What distance were ya?

Anyway seems like I need to go hiking near the Siffleur Falls again! Ooops I'm in Nova Scotia, about to drown in all the rain!

Wow I really like this picture..the sun shining on the bear makes it look just like a baby puppy. We all know bears wouldn't make good puppies though. lol
