Hi there Luc. This is an outstanding photo. I really like the snowflakes coming down and it must have been difficult to focus because of the snow, was it? Nice sharp details and excellent pose and composition. TFS!

It must be really hard to focus on these white critters.
They seem to come out really well though.You're a bit of a master at this.
The Ecomuseum must be an amazing place.Thank goodness for places like that.I'm sure they play a part in preserving many endangered species.Jolly good work.

Beautiful picture, Luc. Yesterday it snowed here, it is quite strange at 250 m. high place on the coast, but we are having northen winds this year. With a little snow everything collapses, we are not ready for it. I thougt about you, Greg, Gert... you would laugh if you saw our roads, schools... closed due to a little snow :DDD

The WS is a nice one, but here you have the right pose of your model and what a nice model it is. A superb capture on a good moment. I like the softness and "kindness" of this wolf, everything is very clear, really nice, Luc, really nice !

On a beau dire.. c'est beau la neige .. J'aime bien la position du loup dans une légère diagonale dans le sens opposé de celui des branches en arrière plan.
Un peu de "softness" sur son oeil gauche, probablement dû à la difficulté de prendre le focus surtout avec un doubleur. Un P'tit coup de densité + sur le tour de son oeil gauche pour le rendre aussi foncé que celui de droite pourrait régler l'affaire... Superbe tout de même.

There is an almost "sepia" quality to this scene which brings to mind a day gone by, when the wolf roamed free in great numbers, wild and proud. Magnificent photo and creature. I also enjoyed the former postings, especially the grey wolf. Your subjects seem to reflect the same compassion and respect that your skill with the camera gives them. This is one of your many bests. This is one of my favorite photos. I just love the pose of the wolf, and the feel of the snow falling. There is something about the quality of this picture that gives me goosebumps.

Fantastic shot Luc, adorable. DOF, posture, the movement of the snow and the limited DOF afforded by the snow is fantastic. Exposure is spot on and what a lovely characteristic canine pose - I could almost rush up to pet him! This is a perfect wolf shot :)

The wolf looks so amazingly peaceful here! Wonderful catch! In the workshop the wolf looks (and poses) like a model!
