Hi Joseph
You have captured winter and the cool feeling it brings along. The colours in the water are very unique or is it the ice under the water creating the green-blue colours? The Inukshuk on the rocks adds more interest. Lighting, detail and colours are great.

Félicitation pour ce magnifique paysage pris sur le bord du fleuve St-laurent.C'est vrai que c'est un endroit merveilleux.
Cette prise avec ce ciel de tempête,cette belle eau aux couleurs d'émeraude,ces glaces sur les rochers et ces deux cairns ( pyramides de pierres esquimaudes qui indiquent le passages d'êtres humains.)Donne beaucoup de valeur a ta photo.
Tu devrais être capable de mette cette prise dans ta prochaine exposition de photo.

The mood is cold and grey, but the light seems to be breaking through..
The bit of blue sky gives hope ;)
The rocks stacked left and center seem to be of human design..Adds a curious element to your scene.

What a beautiful photo and what an interesting view. I am especially amazed about the two little towers of rock in the FG and of the clarity of the water. The silverish look created by the sunlight really makes this special.

Hi Joseph

A very lovely and dramatic scenery that spells one thing, COLD.

You have captured some amazing play of light with the darkish and eerie sky that brightens up toward the top right hand corner where it seems like the sun broke through. This highlighted the snow on the rocks towards the right, resulted in the reflection on the water at the bottom right, and penetrated the water in the foreground. This last aspect ensured that the interesting underwater objects (rocks) became visible while it lends some remarkable colours to the water in the foreground, at the bottom of the shot. A rather appealing composition that captures the eye and keeps it busy to discover all the little treasures in the photo.
