Seeing such a beautiful bird in this region and in this cold weather really brings joy. Cardinals are a common bird in this area and are pretty easy to spot in winter, since there tree have no leaves and also because of the bright red color of the bird itself. you can also follow its exceptional voice to find it in the trees. One of my favorite birds for sure.

Hi Varahram, nice composition. I like how you have the cardinal placed against the white snow to help "show him off". The focus looks like it might have hit, just behind the bird. The tree is in good focus. The bird is maybe a little soft.
