| These two Northern Flickers came down out of the trees for a quick snack . The female was picking seeds off the path we were on , and her mate went into a hole . He kept popping up and down , and it was fun getting this shot . |

Hi Kevin,
Although the snow is a bit overexposed, this is a nice capture. Thanks for sharing Kevin.

Hi Kevin,
You have caught the moment very well. Good composition with the crop. Exposure is very tough in this case, so no complaints. Sharpness is not tops but quite sufficient.
Regards...
Hello Kevin,
What a special capture. I had the chance to see this specie of birds only once in my life and then you got two at the same time :))) I like to see them in the snow which is a little OE in some parts but it is very difficult to calibrate snow. We can appreciate nice colors on the bird and I like this POV and composition. Thanks,
Claudine
Lovely composition and POV. You've caught the moment and given me a laugh; I can well imagine the scene as it played out.
Nice capture of the coloration and markings on the flickers but could be a bit sharper. Good job on the snow, slightly over exposed but considering, the difficulties snow presents, it's not bad at all. TFS
