[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Following storms at the Baja California desert the earth is moving... when humidity arrives to their refuge, the Couch`s Spadefoots (Scaphiopus couchii) leave the hole where they passed the whole dry season (sometimes more than one year). The males of this impressive species take advantage of the temporary ponds to form noisy nocturnal choruses to attract the females to reproduce. Sometimes there are so much!...that inevitably die squashed by the cars in the highways.

Hola Victor,
a phantastic capture of this situation. Focus is just right and sharpness is pretty good. In my opinion, ,cropping at the upper edge is too narrow.
Best wishes, Peter

Hi Victor,
very impressive photo, seems as a toy with the symmetric and eyes. Maybe you could cut off some of the lower parts of the picture and center the head to the middle of the picture.
