i love your House Finch Male photo it is why the first
thing i did is to put it in one of my themes,

superb shot with very fine POV, DOF and framing,
i love that orange-red colour on his plumage,
beautiful pose of the bird, beautiful softness
of the luminosity and colours, excellent sharpness and details,

So that's how you do, aportable hide, great stuff, I must try that one. I;ve always wanted to sit in a hide by a waterhole and see what I can get, just never had teh time. One day I will though.

Hola Primo,

A lovely male house finch in the wonderful Luis style. I love the pose, colors, plummage, face and the pretty setting. A day doesn't go by when I don't see and hear more finches than I can count. I can't imagine having to go out and look for them.

Another superb capture of a different male House Finch with a little less red. The quality of this capture is just as excellent as the first and the lighting and composition as well. Well worth spending such a long time in your hot blind!
