| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| I was in a large nature preserve just outside the town of Xalapa when I spotted this butterfly. The quality of the image has suffered as it's a scan of the print made from 35mm, and the camera was hand held in a very dark area. I don't the name of this butterfly, if anyone out there knows it, please let me know. |

Somewhat blurry, but a good effort. Excelent composition.

Perhaps it is too late to make a comment, I am new to this site. Your butterfly is a Oleria paula or Paula clearwing. I have seen it in Mexico and Belize.
