This is just a stunning capture with all technical aspects being perfect. A real elegant bird captured in a solid pose and serious glance. Very nice lighting and perfect rich colours of the bird. Another bird I haven't seen here but the very first blackbird in eleven years showed up yesterday so there is hope. A picture perfect shot of this Scott's Oriole. The face and eye are magnificent - the plummage and wings are beautiful. Wonderful colors, details, pose and setting.

Nicely done.
For instance I do like the soft BG in combination these high grasses. It generates depth in the 2D.

The Oriole holds a special place in my heart as a child and if I can remember in thought, I do not know of it being this well seen back then by me...but I had a camera...black and white....nothing close to this though Luis!

Hola Senor Luis, what a nice picture of a beautiful bird. I really like the vertical grasses along with the vertical branch, it gives movement to your picture and much life.
