From my recent short holiday trip to Mexico

A small and secretive bird of shrubby areas of the eastern and southern United States, the White-eyed Vireo is more noticeable for its explosive song than its looks.

Description
Small songbird.
Olive-green upperparts.
Yellow sides.
Yellow spectacles.
White throat.
Two white wingbars.
Eyes white.

Size: 11-13 cm (4-5 in)
Wingspan: 17 cm (7 in)
Weight: 10-14 g (0.35-0.49 ounces)

I just like this photo of the White-eyed Vireo. This bird looks so fragile. The claws are emphasized well and are clear and with excellent detail. I like the background of the green leaves and patches of blue coming through. Good photography. Very well done and thanks for sharing.

Hi Mario, this is a smashing shot with lovely vibrant light and colours, the Vireo is pin sharp with very good detail on the plumage and the eye is amazingly clear and bright. Very handsome and unusual bird, spent your time well in Mexico. Lovley compositon.
