A superb macro of a caterillar that I believe belongs to the Pieridae family of butterflies, taken with fine sharpness and use of flash from an excellent illustrative POV.

What a fine capture of this waspishly coloured caterpillar. The details of his pattern, legs and hairy body are well displayed.

This is surely a thorny caterpillar, which you managed to capture very closely and with great sharpness. The detail is very clearly seen and you where lucky to capture this worm so close. I cannot really say that I like worms in particular, but I do like the image. It is very interesting and although I have seen many hairy worms I have never seen something so thorny before. I find the texture and shape of this worm very fascinating. The yellow and black colours of the worm and the cerise flower is a lovely contract with each other.This is really something special to look at. Well seen and captured. the flash worked SUPER swell here Luis. It brought out the colours very well and keep your aperture to a degree which allowed for deep depth of field. Notes are complete! Overall a very pleasing image!
