It is a beautiful white Orchid, Everton.
The tender shade of yellow on its petals makes it look so delicate and attractive.
You have composed the frame thoughtfully and the dark BG has enhanced the beauty of the flower.

Just the picture of this Orchid captured my attention so I can imagine your wife's pleasure when she saw it in Mexico. Each flower is beautiful and so delicate looking. The white and yellow looks wonderful against the black background.
